A growing creative agency in Stokes Croft had outgrown its existing premises and taken a lease on a raw first-floor shell space in a converted commercial building. The brief was clear: transform the empty space into a functional, modern workspace for 20 staff, with dedicated meeting rooms, a kitchen and breakout area, and a layout that reflected the agency's collaborative culture. OADB was appointed to deliver the full interior fit-out from shell to completion.
The scope of works covered every element of the fit-out, including stud partitioning to form offices and meeting rooms, suspended ceilings with integrated lighting, full electrical installation and structured data cabling, a staff kitchen and breakout area, and complete decoration throughout. The meeting rooms were fitted with acoustic treatment to ensure usable, private spaces for client calls and presentations. The project required close coordination with the building landlord to manage access, services connections, and compliance with the commercial lease obligations and building regulations.
