Why OADB exists.

OADB was founded by a Chartered Engineer who spent years managing some of the most complex delivery programmes in aerospace and defence, working with organisations including Rolls-Royce, GE Aerospace, and Vertical Aerospace. He noticed that residential construction operated without the discipline, transparency, or accountability that high-value projects demand. Homeowners were handed vague timelines, shifting costs, and contractors who disappeared mid-project. Those who did not have an architect were left not knowing where to even begin. So he built something different. A complete design and build company that takes clients from first idea to finished home, with one point of contact, fixed pricing, and the delivery discipline of an engineering programme. That is what OADB is.

Why we built OADB differently

OA Design & Build exists because we have seen what poor delivery looks like from the inside. Before OADB, we learned, the hard way, what happens when pricing is weak, when margins are unclear, when the wrong people are on site, and when communication breaks down. Those lessons were expensive. They were also invaluable.

He founded OA Design & Build to bring that same discipline to residential construction, because too many homeowners accept vague timelines and contractors who disappear. OADB is the alternative. Our director leads every project personally, and you will have one consistent point of contact from first call to handover.

Sadnan Haeger

Business Development & Finance Director

Sadnan leads OADB's commercial operations, overseeing everything from first enquiry to signed contract. He builds client relationships, shapes proposals, and ensures every project is priced with rigour and transparency. With a close handle on forecasting, cash flow, and margin discipline, he keeps the business commercially sound so every client receives honest costings and no surprises.

Executive Assistant & Marketing Support
