If you are at the early idea stage, this is where we begin. We listen to what you want to achieve, assess the feasibility of your vision, and introduce you to our architectural partners. Discovery Call

Every project begins with a Discovery Call. We want to understand your vision, your timeline, and your budget before we set foot on site. This is not a sales call. It is a two-way conversation to make sure we are the right fit for each other. Free, with no obligation.

Site Survey & Scoping

We visit the property to carry out a detailed survey. We assess the full scope, identify any structural or planning considerations, and gather everything we need to produce a precise, itemised quote.

Typically 1 to 2 weeks for review. Design stage varies by project.

Design Alignment

For clients starting from the design stage, we manage the full architectural process here. Concept drawings, planning applications, structural calculations, and building regulations submissions are all handled by our specialist partners under OADB coordination. For clients arriving with drawings already in place, we use this stage to review, align on specification, and ensure the design is fully buildable before pricing.

Within 7 working days of survey

Fixed Price Proposal

We issue a written proposal covering every element of the work: scope, materials specification, programme, stage payment schedule, and fixed total price. You review it, ask questions, and proceed only when you are fully satisfied.

Every proposal includes a fixed price guarantee. If our quote says £85,000, the job costs £85,000. The only exception is a change you ask for.

4 to 12 weeks depending on planning

Planning & Preparation

Where planning permission is required, we support you through the application. We also manage pre-construction preparation: procurement, subcontractor scheduling, building control notification, site setup, and project documentation.

Agreed at proposal stage

Construction

Work starts on the agreed date. You have a dedicated site lead, weekly written updates with photographs, and direct access to your project manager throughout. Any changes to scope are documented and agreed in writing before anything changes.

Ongoing aftercare included

Handover & Aftercare

On completion we carry out a joint walkthrough and address any snagging before final sign-off. You receive all certifications, warranties, and project documentation. Six weeks after handover we carry out a check-in call to confirm everything is performing as expected. All OADB projects carry a 12-month defect liability period as standard. Our commitment to your home does not end when we leave site.
