Conversion from a 3-Bedroom House into a 5-Bedroom HMO

Project Overview

This project started with a typical three-bedroom family house. The client wanted to turn it into a modern five-bedroom HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) that would meet all legal standards while also being attractive to professional tenants.
