Our History
OA Design & Build started with a simple idea: to bring creativity, precision, and trust back to construction. Our journey began as Ego Homes Renovations. We built a solid reputation across Bristol for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and putting clients first. Those early lessons shaped how we work today. We focus on transparency, attention to detail, and take pride in every project we complete.
As our team and experience grew, so did our ambition. The rebrand to OA Design & Build shows our change from local renovations to full-scale design and build projects across the South-West. While our name has changed, our principles remain the same. We still prioritize clients, build with integrity, and create spaces that last.

At the helm of OA Design & Build is Yame Aibangbee, a Chartered Engineer and project leader with a reputation for delivering complex builds with precision, transparency, and integrity. Drawing on years of hands-on experience across engineering and construction, Yame founded OADB to redefine what clients can expect from a design and build firm, combining technical expertise with a client-first ethos. His leadership ensures every project, from bespoke extensions to full-scale refurbishments, is managed with the same focus on quality, communication, and accountability that drives the company’s success.
About Sadnan - Business Development & Finance Director
Sadnan leads OADB’s growth and commercial discipline, overseeing the journey from first enquiry to signed contract. He builds strategic partnerships, shapes tenders, and aligns scope, programme, and price to deliver value without compromising quality. With a rigorous handle on forecasting, cash flow, and margin control, he keeps every project commercially sound and transparent. Clients value his clear communication, honest costings, and long-term relationship focus.
About Heritage - Executive Assistant & Marketing Support
Behind the smooth operations and strong client relationships at OA Design & Build is Heritage Akinola, a strategic communicator and organizational anchor.
